Stock and cleaning products are purchased in bulk, thus reducing transportation costs. Cleaning products are then stored at the premises where the work is to be carried out, for the duration of the contract. This also reduces transportation costs.

REDUCE CARBON FOOTPRINT

We are taking steps in addition to those listed above to reduce our carbon footprint. Recycling is a major part for us. Because of the nature of the work we do, we are able to reuse many containers and only purchase refills. We recycle all packaging where possible. We are also taking additional steps, such as:

• Using energy efficient lighting in our offices
• Using recycled paper, double-sided printing and reusing    envelopes as much as we can
• Reducing waste generated in the office and recycling as much    as we can
• Composting our tea bags
• Switching off lighting not in use or required
