At the outset, all members of staff are required to attend induction training, which not only deals with legal requirements such as Health and Safety, but also ensures we are able to quickly establish our high standards of practice.
We do not make the assumption that all operatives know how to clean. Our supervisors manage a comprehensive training programme to ensure that each individual is aware of the standards that are required, as well as how to safely operate any equipment they may be required to use.
An "Operative Training Record" form is completed and logged for each individual operative.
In addition, the supervisor will carry out development and remedial training regarding our quality inspection procedures. This ensures all individuals perform to our exceptionally high standards of service.
